The Resource Your Future with Glencore Technology work experience program offers Queensland Minerals and Energy Academy (QMEA) Ambassadors and Girls Mentoring Program mentees an exclusive opportunity to explore the resources and mineral processing technology sector.  

Through site tours, practical activities, mentoring and exposure to our world leading technologies, students gain valuable insights into engineering, metallurgy, business, logistics, project management and other career pathways in industry. 

As part of our CASI (Community and Social Investment) portfolio, Glencore Technology funds local and regional schools to participate, reflecting our ongoing commitment to supporting education, diversity and future skills development within the resources industry, inspiring the next generation of innovators and leaders.
